One of the important factors that allows us to produce wines of the highest quality is the location of the vineyards.
Our vineyards are located at the foot of the Trans-Ili Alatau, at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level, which creates a favorable, cooler climate. The large difference between daytime and nighttime temperatures in summer allows the grapes to ripen evenly, while maintaining a good level of acidity at full ripeness.
Acidity is a very important component of wine balance. After all, it is she who is able to provide the wine with a long life. Winters in our vineyards are cold, the temperature reaches negative values, and snow is quite a familiar phenomenon.
All this has a positive effect on the well-being of our vines!
