🔸 Therefore, we manage to keep the berries in their original form and this is also our fundamental value. ⠀

We have the rarest grapes in terms of molecular composition. And as our winemaker says the task of the oenologist is not to spoil this structure in the wine. No matter how artificially they create wine few places in the world can find such natural berries as ours ☝️
