Our area has been identified as the most favorable due to high mountains, snow, hot summers, a refreshing night breeze that does not allow the grapes to ripen quickly, optimal microclimate features and fertile soil. Snow-capped mountain peaks have a huge climatic impact on the area that lies at their foot. For this reason, photosynthesis and aromas acquire a specific character, which allows us to speak of the uniqueness of our vineyards.
The Assy valley air has become the best natural cooling system for our vineyards. For grapes, night coolness on hot summer days is vital, without which it will not be able to become rich and fragrant, but will begin to ripen rapidly and quickly accumulate sugar. In the evening, huge masses of cool air rush into the valley, refreshing our vineyards and saturating them with the vital energy of nature itself.
